A Kinesiology balance is a relaxing and peaceful process. It is performed fully clothed and is non-invasive. After a consultation, I will begin balancing your body through systematic kinesiology. Your treatment will be very informative, as there is a lot of information that can be detected through muscle testing. My aim is to get to the cause of any problems that you present with.

What are Essential Oils?

Have ever enjoyed the scent of a rose, you will have experienced the aromatic qualities of essential oils. These naturally occurring, volatile aromatic compounds are found in the seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers, and other parts of plants.

They can be both beautifully and powerfully fragrant. Essential oils are fragrant to people, they have long been used for food preparation, beauty treatments, and healthcare practices.

How can Essential Oils be used?

Essential oils are used for a wide range of emotional and physical wellness applications. They can be used a single oil at a time or in complex blends in one of three methods:

Aromatic: Essential oils, when diffused, can be very stimulating, while others can be calming and soothing. Diffusing essential oils can also cleanse and purify the air.

Topical: Essential oils are easily absorbed by the skin and many can be safely applied topically when used in conjunction with a carrier oil, such as Fractionated Coconut Oil.

Internal: Certain essential oils have a rich culinary history and can be used as dietary supplements supporting a variety of health conditions.

Stress is a factor in every life, and the degree to which it affects us negatively is determined by how we react to the stresses around us. Prolonged emotional stress can lead to a breakdown of health. Stress can also increase the need for certain nutrients since it alters our metabolic process. During times of pressure, the nervous system uses extra B-complex vitamins and vitamin C. B-Complex vitamins are in high demand within the body, but they become depleted in the refining and cooking process of most foods.
